Marine Staff Sgt. Stephen L. Murphy's mother, Carol, was among dozens of mourners who came to town square yesterday to pay tribute to the 36-year-old, who was killed Nov. 8 in Al Asad, Iraq. "I was blessed with something wonderful, but it was his time to go," Murphy said at the memorial, hosted by the local American Legion post.
