She's seeking a divorce and a restraining order from him, but she is not saying no to the healthy alimony and the property!
I think they both need their heads examined.
Stop making these two nuts front page news.

Bonnie from Manchester says false rape claims are infrequent. In fact, objectively verifiable data suggests that at least 9 percent and probably closer to half of all rape claims are false. Men's reputations, often their very lives, are destroyed on the basis of nothing more than a lone accusation. Denigrating the experience of the falsely accused by dismissing their victimization as a myth is not merely dishonest but morally grotesque. My Web site is devoted to the falely accused: http://falserapesociety.blogspot.com/

Dodds would never cut it in Camelot...Imagine if he had never been prosecuted? He might actually be a congressman right now. This loser belongs in prison.
Bill, have you been sniffing the same glue as Gary? Cindy stood by her man for a long time. To suggest that she made up the rape threat is offensive. Did you read the articles during the trial? He's an arrogant pig who only cares about himself. I believe he would be capable of threatening his wife. I hope she goes forward with charges so he gets more than a few weeks in prison this time.

Wow, "all she has to do is cry rape" is a ridiculous statement. I suggest you do a little research into the process a woman has to go through when she has been raped before making such an ignorant remark. While you're at it, check out statistics on sexual assaults. You might be surprised at how infrequently a false report is made, especially in comparison to the amount of actual rapes that go unreported because the system isn't designed to protect women.

As much as I hate sounding like I'm defending Mr. Dodds... All Cindy has to do is make the accusation (say the word RAPE) and he will get arrested. Best thing he could do is get away from her. Ah, but it's too late now.

This guy would be a good candidate for the Jerry Springer show. What an idiot...he truly needs help!

The gong keeps sounding, yet the contestant will not leave the stage.....

Lock him up and throw away the key. Let him pay for his own room and board in jail too, he's got plenty of money.
This man is wasting our tax payer's money.

Thequestion really is "why is he still running around"? he broke his bail terms when he got arrested in May yet he was still walking free. I hope his wife can now see what many saw at his trial. She defended him then but I wonder if she would do it now. This guy is a loser and needs to go to jail and play with the big boys and we will see how tough he is.

I see a reality TV show anytime now...
- Jay, Londonderry
And who didn't see this coming?
- Tim, Derry
Could the State of NH also seek a divorce and restraining order against Dodds?
