Landlord seeks eviction over offensive odor

A landlord wants a woman evicted because of a rank, urine-like stench emanating from her apartment, making life miserable for other elderly residents.
Janet Aldrich, property manager for Riverside Trust, rented Pat Gilbert an apartment in June in a five-story building at 144 West Webster St. overlooking the Merrimack River.
