I have to wonder, didnt Mr. Floyd and his attorneys, Shaheen and Gordon, say they were going to appeal the Alma Jean Boisvert conviction? How is that attorney Payne speaking on his behalf for that matter?

This man should have had some help instead of jailing him..As far as the shooting goes, as a formet Marine he was trained to do what he did. If he is indeed a loose cannon like so many of you experts say, then he should have gotten help and not prison..

This guy just got the justice he deserved. I'm willing to bet that this self described tough guy just found out what happens when you open your mouth in prison since most inmates don't consider him a hero. You can thank Ayotte for enabling him when they ignored the fact that he is a felon in possession of a weapon who was not involved or even threatened by Kenny when he shot him.
He couldn't find any women in there to threaten and apparently he openned his mouth once too many times. This guy is a loose cannon but hopefully he's been knocked back a few pegs. I would call that very effective prison counseling wouldn't you.

Floyd's not such a big tough guy in prison now is he! He is a stereotypical bully - crying for his mama when he tries to push the wrong person and they push back. Payback is pure sweetness for his former victims.

This man is a menace and is where he belongs. Knowing the woman that he threatened, and the surcumstances, I feel safer knowing he is behind bars. I only wish he were going to be there longer.

Am I the only one who thinks this guy is a loose cannon waiting to blow? I have a feeling this won't be the last we hear about this guy, and not in a good way.
- Beth, Concord

Whether you like this man or not, he did not get any justice. The graffiti punk only got 30 days for speaking out in court. Leo lost his temper (not his first time) and now finishes his jail time from ten years ago, plus whatever they add on at his next court appearence. We have double and single killers doing less time then 1 year. These judge's shoot from the hip on any given day and case.
I'm not saying Leo doesn't deserve this, what Im saying, we need some sort of consistency in our judicial system. Good thing Leo did not threaten a cat.

George, this man is a notorious loose cannon. Just because you think he acted heroically on ONE DAY does not make him a hero, or even a good guy. You reap what you sow.
- Kate, Manchester

You'd think Floyd would merit better treatment. He acted heroically to stop a cop killer and was thereafter kicked down to the curb by the authorities and tossed in jail for an old offense apparently because he has a hot temper and loud mouth and said the wrong thing to the wrong people. He's a vet right? Seems to me he deserved some counseling etc. after killing a man to keep us safe.

If this guy have no behavior problems he'd have gotten a medal for stopping a wild murderer in his tracks. 99% of people would have let Kenney go take hostages and kill some more. This state is nuts.
