A 19-year-old Merrimack man accused of having sex with a 13-year-old girl was arraigned yesterday in Merrimack and Peterborough, where he is facing similar felony charges.
Christopher Wolff-Kodrasov, of 28 Brek Drive, is charged with three counts of felonious sexual assault -- one count in Merrimack and two counts in Peterborough.
Wolff-Kodrasov was arraigned at Merrimack District Court yesterday morning, where his bail was set at $10,000. In Merrimack, he is charged with allegedly having sex with a 13-year-old girl sometime between Oct. 9 and Oct. 11.
Merrimack police said Wolff-Kodrasov and the girl, who splits her time between her parents' homes in Peterborough and Wilton, were supposedly in a consensual relationship and that no force was used during the encounters.
After his hearing in Merrimack, Wolff-Kodrasov was taken to Jaffrey/Peterborough District Court for arraignment, where his bail was set at $15,000. Peterborough police say Wolff-Kodrasov had sex with the same girl in Peterborough on Oct. 24 and Oct. 31.
Both judges said that if Wolff-Kodrasov is released on bail, he is to have no further contact with the girl. Merrimack Justice Clifford R. Kinghorn ordered that Wolff-Kodrasov also not be allowed any unsupervised time with non-relatives under age 17.
Wolff-Kodrasov will appear for probable cause hearings Nov. 19., at 9:30 a.m. in Merrimack and at 11 a.m. in Jaffrey.
According to Merrimack police, Wolff-Kodrasov previously was convicted for possession of marijuana in February this year.
