RAYMOND – A Hampton Falls man is hospitalized in Boston after he crashed his dirt bike yesterday on a private track off Depot Road.
Sam Coellner, 32, of Hampton Falls was airlifted from the parking lot at Planet Liquid and taken to Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital for treatment of serious injuries, according to New Hampshire Fish & Game Conservation Officer Chris McKee. Coellner is expected to recover, he said.
The crash happened about 4:30 p.m. off Depot Road on a private track about a half-mile into woods on the Raymond-Candia town line. McKee said about 10 riders were using the track, which was built on leased land, at the time of the incident.
"He (Coellner) went over a two-story jump and landed wrong," said McKee, explaining the bike landed nose-first, causing it to crash.
Coellner was taken from the scene on a Gator, the Deerfield Fire Department's 6-by-6-foot ATV fitted with a stretcher.
Also assisting at the scene were officers from Fish and Game, and crews from the Candia and Raymond fire departments.
The crash remains under investigation by Fish and Game.

Jane, they never stated anything about Club Liquid, in Manchester. They only stated the name of Liquid Planet in an incorrect order. Not that big of a deal!!

I guess the cost of national health care just went up for the tax payers. But I'm glad he's going to be OK.

Bob V,
This is a news worthy story if you live in Raymond. The selectmen are working on a warrant to open up town owned parcels and class six roads for this type of motor activity.
A woman was killed in Pawtucaway a few weeks ago on her ATV, and now this. Raymond residents need to be aware of the increased risk of accidents and fatality's if this warrant passes.
