Seems like you spend way too much time watching Jacky Chan movies. Really Bill, you seriously believe that Salahi's were a bunch of ninjas? LOL.
It's more like the Salahi's "guest start" appearance is simply a nice distraction employed by the Democrats to get people's attention off the unconstitutional heath care bill pending in the Senate and Obama poised to sign away our national sovereignty in Copenhagen today.

Why are worthless, meaningless, social-climbing, self-absorbed, nobodies like this couple deemed the type to be attending and representing the American people at events like this, in the first place? Invited or not.
So is the question 'who gets in?'
Yes, it is and that's what it should be.

I would hate to see what our cities turn in to if our first black president got assassinated. I know what happens when a criminal on PCP gets beat up because he can't feel anything from the drugs.

So, the 'party crashers' are now Bush's fault as well!? My goodness, the guy's been gone for almost a year and people are still blaming him for what goes wrong in BHO's own house.

Bill in Manchester wrote "Criminal tresspassing anyone? Just because they got in the building, doesn't mean they were ever permitted to be there."
...yeah, Bill, I hear ya. I feel the same about how Obama got into the White House too.

The Secret Service began as a part of "United States Department of Treasury" and Bush made the change. I mean I guess you can say EVERYTHING is part of the Obama administration since he is President of the United States.
Anyways I do find it odd how "The head of the Secret Service" said Obama was never at risk! Sure, it's easy to say the day after the party and Obama is sound asleep.
How much do you want to bet that the next "Presidential Event" will have a slew of uninvited people attempting to get in to the event... and someone may have the idea of harming the President.
Administrative leave for 3 Secret Service Members? (I wonder if it's paid leave) They should be FIRED! As the head said--no room for mistakes--100% all the time.

She, at least, got to shake his hand. How close do you want an uninvited person to get to a president and "not be in danger?"
Did you really expect the SS director to say yeah sure he could have killed or was in danger and despite us observing him with them whom we did not know were uninvited, we had them under surveillance at all times?
Would have been good at West Pt. if Obama had asked "did you all have invitations to be here?"

Isn't security in the hands of the secret service - civil servants.

I hate reality-tv'ers. I hate reality TV in general because it's hardly reality anymore.

President Obama wasn't in Danger? That depends how one looks at the whole situation. If an uninvited guest gained entry to the white house where both the President and Vice President were present there should be reason for significant concern. As it turns out, the two that gained access were nothing more than overinflated egos looking for a leg up to get on reality TV.
In this situation it was mere luck that separated a serious lapse of security and the President's, Vice President's and Visiting Indian President's lives from serious danger. The party crashers could just as easily had ill intentions. They were searched for the obvious, guns and knives (anything metallic), radiological weapons etc.
The Salahi's could have easily targeted anyone they wanted at the party. Biological weapons are easy to manufacture from scientific supply companies. For ovbious reasons I will not give specific examples, but sufice it to say that someone with average intelligence could figure it out quite easily. It is virtually impossible to screen for most biological weapons. I can not believe the Secret Service is oblivious to this fact.
It was due to luck that the President (and Vice President and the President of India) were not in danger. President Obama or Mr Sullivan should make a clear statement to the nation (i.e. yes/no) whether the Salahi's were indeed on the guest list. That is the only answer needed to determine whether there was a serious breach of security.
If they had no invitation, proscecute them. If they did have an invitation, then tell us so the media can focus on whats important. This maybe no more than a diversion by Obama to take some of the media focus off of things that matter, like our economy and a 2000+ page healthcare reform fiasco. Would the White house really do something like that?

I am surprised and still waiting for George Bush to be blamed.
Somehow in the back of my mind, I'm almost anticipating blame to be pointed at the former President.
Not that I want to see it happen or would even begin to believe it is Bush's fault.
But what the heck, anything to deflect responsibility from the current administration.

Well done.
