With potential snow in the forecast for early Tuesday, the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce’s “State of the City” Breakfast Forum, presented by Dartmouth Health and featuring Mayor Jay Ruais, has been pushed back a day.

The forum, originally scheduled for Tuesday, will be held at The Venues at the Factory, 252 Willow St. in Manchester on Wednesday, Feb. 14. Doors open at 8 a.m., and the program will run from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m.
